HOW SYSTEM WORKS :


Automatic water level Controller have Three working mode.


1. AUTOMATIC MODE :


To operate system in automatic mode rocker switch must be on AUTOMATIC position. As its name suggest, in this mode pump Turn ON and OFF Automatically. It detect water level in tanks based on sensors inside tank. Upper tank contains two sensors, one sensor to detect LOW Water level in tank (Blue Wire Sensor) and one sensor to detect HIGH Water level in tank (Yellow Wire Sensor). When water in upper tank falls below from Blue Wire Sensor, it sense by Controller and it turn ON pump. Same way when water in upper tank reach at top sensor level motor will turn OFF pump. One more sensor is provided to detect water availability during pump is ON. After Submersible Pump Turn ON Controller will wait of water for 1 minute, if water touches to SS Contact type sensors rod’s than controller runs pump contentiously until Upper tank becomes full otherwise controller turn OFF pump and
goes into delay mode. Default Delay time is 60 minutes, after completion of delay time controller Turn ON Submersible Pump again. Controller repeats this procedure until Upper tanks becomes full. For Submersible Pumps Extra Start function is provided, which is useful to provide Starting Capacitor for two second on each time of pump startup.


2. BYPASS MODE:


Suppose due to any technical error in Controller or its’sensor, Controller may do malfunction. Than user have option to switch system in bypass mode. In this mode system ‘IN’ and ‘OUT’ terminal of ‘Pump Phase’ become internal short and system will work as BYPASS Mode. So now user can turn ON and OFF submersible pump using his/her traditional method.


3. OFF


In OFF condition SUBMERSIBLE PUMP will remain Turn off.
